Shipping Policy
CARD DELIVERY

All orders received & paid for by 2pm will be posted the same day Monday - Friday. Any orders purchased after this time will be posted the next working day.

All cards purchased are inclusive of Second Class post via Royal Mail to anywhere within the UK.
If you require your card next day then please choose First Class post at the checkout where an additional charge will be added.
You can also choose to send our cards worldwide using Royal Mail’s airmail service.

Returns & Exchange Policy
RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased through cardstoyou.co.uk can be returned within 14 days of receipt, or 14 days after Christmas.
To return an item please contact our customer service team at cards.with.love1@gmail.com you will need to include your email order confirmation and reason for return in the email.
Refunds are made via your chosen method of payment at the time of purchase.
PayPal payments are refunded to your payment card.
The items must be returned in the original condition and packaging - returns are paid for by the customer and are not reimbursed.
Repackage the products securely and send to the address as provided in the email correspondence.
Include the reason for the return, a copy of your email order confirmation and your email address or telephone number.

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
If the item is not working, refer to any warranty information that came with the item.
It may be quicker for you to obtain a replacement product direct from the manufacturer rather than by returning it to us.
Alternatively you can request a refund within 14 working days after the item was delivered or return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Keep any warranty information.
If you are sending something back that is faulty or incorrect due to our error we will refund your postage costs via your original payment method - you will need to contact cards.with.love1@gmail.com to arrange this.
